Its founding partners and employees have significant experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, corporate finance and restructuring, as well as operational management from the oil services sector. | Picture coming | Christian Huseby, PartnerChristian has more than 10 years of experience from M&A and investment banking services. Prior to joining NRP, Christian held the position as senior partner in ProCorp ASA where he led the oil services and E&P team. He worked with ProCorp from 2002. Prior to joining ProCorp, Christian was the CEO of OceanRig ASA (1996-2002) and the CFO of Petroleum Geo Services ASA (1991-1995). Prior to that, Christian has also worked at Christiania Bank, Oslo Stock Exchange and Price Waterhouse. Christian is a state authorized accountant and holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management. |
 | Ingar Nissen-Meyer, PartnerIngar has more than 10 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, the last 5 years with primary focus on shipping and oil services at NRP Securities. Prior to establishing NRP Securities, Ingar worked at Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division (2001-2006) in their Nordic M&A Advisory Group and in the Financial Institutions Group, focusing on M&A and private equity transactions in the Nordic region. He holds a MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). |
 | Vegard Urnes, PartnerVegard joined NRP in 2009 and came from the position as partner in ProCorp ASA (2002-2009) focusing on corporate finance advisory for oil services and E&P companies. Prior to that he worked in Goldman Sachs’ Nordic Advisory Group (2000-2002) focusing on M&A transactions for Norwegian Blue Chip companies. Vegard has also worked as an analyst at PA Consulting Group (1998-2000). Vegard holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management and is a Certified Financial Analyst from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). |
